Thus, it is likely to be different from the tower as it is. In reality, the trees and plants have not yet grown as they have in the illustration.

    The landmark tower containing 649 dwelling units brings you the proud of No.1, the proud to be a pioneer.
    In order to emphasize that symbolic meaning of the tower, we designed the refined contrast of glasses and black lines on its external appearance.
    Outstandingly located by open waterside, the tower is designed in order to be a city landmark, which continues to be the envy by many.

    More than 10,000m² site area

    About 83m from east to west and about 157m from north to south in maximum, the site area is about 10,642m².
    Having obtained this large site in the center of Osaka city, we aimed to create a previously unheard of environment.
    The skyscraper is certainly a landmark to innovate the city landscape, but it also provides the beautiful nature in urban environment, and above all it adds to city life the pleasure to be physically and mentally sound.
    With the Osaka city No.1 scale tower, we create the next generational standard to live richly in the central city.

    We made the best use of the large site to make the largest public vacancy area in the Osaka city towers, and we created grand gardens whose themes are "the city garden" and "the city forest".

Guards from Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. will rush onto the scene whenever there is a gas leakage in one of the dwelling units, when an emergency button or crime prevention sensor is activated, and when an alarm is issued due to a fire in a dwelling unit or in a jointly used area, and essential notifications will be issued. Also, when an emergency signal is received from one of the jointly used facilities, guards from Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. will rapidly check to see what the situation is on-site and will thus contribute to providing a rapid and appropriate response.

    It is a real subtle and profound beauty that singers and musicians on boats perform traditional arts around the principal boat where the god’s sprit stays, and that an endless number of bonfires shine on the night river face.
