More than 10,000m² site areaAbout 83m from east to west and about 157m from north to south in maximum, the site area is about 10,642m².
Having obtained this large site in the center of Osaka city, we aimed to create a previously unheard of environment.
The skyscraper is certainly a landmark to innovate the city landscape, but it also provides the beautiful nature in urban environment, and above all it adds to city life the pleasure to be physically and mentally sound.

The garden and forest parks (public vacancy area) of about 6,940m² in totalWe made the best use of the large site to make the largest public vacancy area in the Osaka city towers, and we created grand gardens whose themes are "the city garden" and "the city forest".
