Days spent amidst the dynamism of the city center and the tranquility offered by abundant greenery.

Abundant fort, Bright fort externals completion chart

A building set to become an urban landmark with an exterior design whose charm will increase as time goes by.

The outside of the building when completed.

It’s no exaggeration to say that the financial value of an apartment is affected by the design of its exterior.
Grand Hills Sangenjaya Hilltop Garden has been designed in such a way that its charm and attraction will not change and are likely even to be enhanced as time goes by.

  • 1. Fins extending vertically towards the sky on an imposing silhouette that soars up on a hilltop with a southerly incline.
  • 2. A beautiful contrast created by the stylish tiles set off by glass.
  • 3. A façade given variation by gradations on three levels—lower floors, medium floors and high floors—in a horizontal direction.

Plenty of self-confidence.
This was the type of entrance we wanted to create.

The grand entrance when completed

The grand entrance to Grand Hills Sangenjaya Hilltop Garden overflows with a spirit of self-confidence.
A granite moat firms up the sides of the building, with elegant beech trees set on the left and right sides.
The wide open gate leads to an approach made from reddish brown and black granite. A large canopy juts forward by around 10 meters in a manner unusual in a hotel and offers a warm welcome to the homecoming resident.
