Osaki West City Towers makes use in the upper stories of an external design featuring glass curtain walls that are simple but at the same time that exude a sense of sophisticated beauty. Surrounded by modern buildings centering on the station, the building is situation in an urban environment that offers a direct link with the near future and blends effortlessly with the water of the River Meguro and plentiful, newly created greenery. Its refined and tasteful appearance gives it a status as a true landmark.

Four-layer vaulted entrance

As appropriate to a tower full of light, we've designed a glass-lined four-layer vaulted entrance with a plentiful sense of openness in each of the two buildings. A transit corridor is to be installed on the third floor above ground to provide a connection between the two buildings, thus creating a functional line of flow that facilitates the use of joint facilities in both buildings. Use of this transit corridor makes it easy to cross over to the Party Room and the Private Garden on the third floor of the E Building and to the four guest rooms and the Theatre Room on the third floor of E Building.

Welcoming West Entrance

The large windows spread out majestically on the first floor of W Building create a grand and magnificent impression. At the side is the West Lounge, which evokes a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere. Seated on a sofa, one can enjoy moments of supreme relaxation while looking out onto the beautiful greenery in the Atrium Plaza.

The East Entrance of the reception

On the first floor of E Building are the East Entrance and the East Lounge, which generate a high-class atmosphere like that of a hotel lobby. Wide windows are set above the East Entrance and at the side of the East Lounge. People going in and out of the entrance during the daytime and those enjoying conversation in the lounge are enveloped in the warm sunlight.

High quality in every corner

The inner corridor has been finished in a high quality manner precisely because it is a space that people use every day without giving it so much as a second thought. The ceiling of the inner corridor and the doors of each of the residences all have the same wood grain finish and generate a chic atmosphere. The combination of the carpets on the floor and the down-lights further enhance the hotel-like impression. There are also coach entrances intended exclusively for cars on the first basement of both buildings. There is also a parking area inside the building that provides protection for residents' cars with against wind and rain and makes it possible to bring in or to take out large items of luggage no matter what the weather.

The Party Room on the third floor of E Building offers a space that can be used flexibly for purposes such as the holding of events and meetings. In front is a private garden with full consideration given to safety and designed in such a way as to ensure that outsiders are not able to get in. On the 32nd floor of E Building is the East Sky Lounge and on the same floor of W Building is the West Sky Lounge, both of which offer spectacular views of a type that can be obtained only in the city center.

The four guest rooms on the third floor of W Building offer attractive accommodation where parents and visitors from afar can stay in an elegant setting.

A wide range of concierge services

A lounge and a concierge counter will be installed in each of the two buildings.
A wide range of concierge services will be provided ranging from booking of joint facilities to ordering taxis, cloakroom services and arranging courier services as well as introduction of other businesses and other forms of support for everyday living.

Contact is maintained with the Command Center at Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. (CSP) on the basis of a round-the-clock system. Guards from Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. will rush onto the scene whenever there is a gas leakage in one of the dwelling units, when an emergency button or crime prevention sensor is activated, and when an alarm is issued due to a fire in a dwelling unit or in a jointly used area, and essential notifications will be issued. Also, when an emergency signal is received from one of the jointly used facilities, guards from Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. will rapidly check to see what the situation is on-site and will thus contribute to providing a rapid and appropriate response.

Anyone wishing to make use of the outstanding networks available in Tokyo and who takes pride in living in the city will surely want to live somewhere along the Yamanote Line. From Osakai Station on the Yamanote Line it takes 14 minutes to travel directly to Shinjuku Station using the Yamanote Line (11 minutes using the Saikyo Line) and 13 minutes to travel directly to Tokyo Station. Other major districts within the city such as Ebisu, Shibuya and Yurakucho are also within easy reach. What's more it's only one station and two minutes away from Shinagawa Station, which is serviced by the Nozomi and Hikari Shinkansen trains. It takes 11 minutes to get directly to Tokyo Teleport Station in Odaiba on the Rinkai Line and only 18 minutes to get to Yokohama Station on the Shonan Shinjuku Line.

From Shinagawa Station it takes 68 minutes to reach Narita Airport Station using the Narita Express. You'll have plenty of time when setting out on a trip overseas.
