Design

A new landmark to appear in Mejiro.

The façade projects a sense of quality and status as appropriate to a new landmark in the Mejiro district.
Incorporating serene-looking brick tiles, the façade blends perfectly with the streets of Mejiro, projecting a stylish and dignified mien.
Additional color is given by the many trees situated around the building as if providing it with protection.

External tiles

  • 1. A modern mansion dominated by the combination of stylish brick tiles and glass.
  • 2. A façade given variation by the low-level floors and the medium and high-level floors.
  • 3. Brick tiles whose patina gradually depends as the years go by.

Succeeding to the orthodox tradition of Mejiro

Central Residence City Terrace Mejiro is a new landmark for Mejiro that looks out on the Gakushuin to the west.
The dignified appearance embodies that ambition and determination of Mejiro, a unique area that cries out to be passed on in all its glory to future generations. The brick tiles acquire added depth and maturity as the years go by, and impart a greater sense of profundity to the building.

A 24 hour-a-day, 365 day-a-year mechanically protected management system to ensure full peace of mind.

24 hour-a-day manned supervision

A system with two staff permanently on duty to provide a prompt and appropriate response around the clock.

Staff who have received specialized training are stationed permanently in the central control room inside the apartment building 24 hours a day in order to look after daily living concerns. Jointly used facilities, disaster prevention facilities, etc. are managed in an integrated manner. In addition to the round-the-clock manned supervision of the jointly used sections of the building, a thorough security plan is implemented that includes an automatic locking system installed not just in the Entrance Hall but also in the elevator hall and in the elevators themselves. The approach plan separating people from vehicles further generates a real sense of reassurance and of high class.

Location

Inside the Yamanote Line in the super city center of Mejiro

Conceptual illustration of distances in the city center

Right at the heart of the city just 3 km from Shinjuku and 6 km from Tokyo Station.

A long time ago when Tokyo's municipal status was as a "city" rather than as a "metropolis," private railway companies were unable to get their trains to enter inside the Yamanote Line. Because of these conditions, the private railway companies set up terminus stations adjacent to stations on the Yamanote Line but outside the line itself. This meant that residential areas inside the Yamanote Line were able to retain their tranquil living environments while at the same time being highly convenient as far as access to transport is concerned.
