An ultra high-rise building clad with glass curtain walls that reflect radiance and pride

Standing to a height of around 130 meters, consisting of 38 stories and housing 500 tenants, this is a building with a design that emphasizes beauty from both within and without. Its dignified appearance, both sharp and elegant, is distinguished throughout by the use of blue-green glass curtain walls that are beautifully reflected in the sunlight.
Great ingenuity has been brought to bear on features such as the concentration of balconies, resulting in a design in which the emphasis is set on rectilinear beauty.
During the daytime the building's façade reflects the ever changing visage of the sky and the urban landscape,
while at night the building becomes a vast object made of light that releases a jewel-like radiance emanating from the 500 residences. From whatever angle it is viewed, this is a building that radiates a refinement and dignity befitting a new landmark situated in the very heart of the city.
